We adapt high quality wooden cores and environment friendly glue to produce "Grand hollow-drilled door cores" which are in conformity with the standards of E2 or E1.Our product is featured as sound insulation, heat preservation, anti-impact, stable in dimensions, hard to distortion, straightens out and smooth. The product reserves the virtues of wood and gets rid of its weak points such as shrinking after drying while swelling after being wet, which can be applied to various types of wood door cores.
Regarding to the product itself, its impact resistance can reach 20kg/cm2, with sound insulation over 28 db, density of 280kg/m3, the aperture of the product is 27mm, and the product specification will turn out to be: 1250*2000*34mm\33mm.
